Are your coffees flavored? What are the flavors from? — No, our coffees are not artificially flavored. Instead, you can think of the notes listed in the same way some wines would have notes and descriptions listed. They are subtle nuances that appear naturally from where they are grown, and processed at the farms, etc.

Are any of the coffees organic? — Specialty coffee is often not certified organic because small farms can’t afford the certification. However, it’s usually grown at high elevations where pests are rare, so pesticides aren’t commonly used.

Can I brew your coffee however I want? — All coffee works with any brew method, but some excel with specific ones. Light roasts can make great espresso but require more skill, while espresso blends can shine in drip brewers too. Experiment and enjoy!

Will you ever sell pods or k-cups with your coffee in them? — Unfortunately, no. K-cups aren’t ideal for specialty coffee because they lack freshness, and contribute to environmental waste. We suggest using re-fillable pods if you want to use premium coffee in your machine.
